      Pros

      Benefits have greatly improved since I came on when this was TMR.

      Cons

      No annual reviews, no cost of living raises, no opportunity for advancement, leadership is not involved/concerned with communicating or interacting with those that actually do the work on the contracts that keep them in business.

      Low pay, will not give much warning if you were in a contract like me. Can't advance your career

      Coworkers are nice Benefits are okay

      Cons

      Senior leadership refuses to listen or reason with mid tier management. Senior leadership imposes major changes (benefits, salaries, pay cycles, etc) with no heads up to staff or other management. Over all communication is poor. Leadership once told me “it’s my company. I’ll tell yall when I decide to change things and that’s that.”
