There are many committed middle management and front line staff.

Cons

Leadership has been there too long and have too much self-interest; too much favoritism and lack of professionalism. Too much shadiness goes on.

great benefit package, 20 vacation days.

Cons

-terrible pay, 10K worst than other non profits for the same title. -terrible management -worst culture that i have came across. unprofessional all across, especially managerial levels
