Pros

Experienced employees who are passionate about progressive causes. Unlimited PTO Comprehensive Equity and Justice positions

Cons

Often we are developing systems as we learn - lots of fluidity which ends up being good.

Pros

I feel respected and appreciated by my supervisor and team members. I am able to work on issues that I truly care about. The emphasis on Equity and Justice work in our department. I have also been given a lot of autonomy to build and develop my position overtime. Great salary and benefits.

Cons

Since we do work on a lot of short-term campaigns and I wish we could keep on more of our great staff between campaigns.
