Pros

The people and company culture: The people you get to work alongside are extraordinary. The culture is also very inclusive and equity and inclusion is also talked about and acted upon regularly. Valued as an employee: I've been in the organizing game for a few years and worked with a few organizations. While I've always loved the work, sometimes you can feel like just a cog. Not so at The Outreach Team. Support is given when needed and feedback is heard. The work: You get to work on important issues alongside passionate people!

Cons

Campaigns end: Long term positions are scarce because there isn't always a campaign to work on.
