Management made sure that everyone's opinions and ideas were heard, valued, and often implemented. The organization's values of emphasizing equity and inclusion aren't just buzz words but actually implemented into practice every day. The healthcare benefits were above average, especially for a temporary role, and a great plus!

Cons

The work is usually temporary, due to the nature of campaigns.
