The causes we support are amazing, Paid time off, good work/life balance, fair and clear job expectations, a team of staff who all care about you, bonus potential, growth potential, excellent pay

It is an opportunity to make decent money doing fundraising for nonprofits.

Cons

They have their employees canvass neighborhoods for donations even if it 40 degrees outside and raining heavily. Employees who don't find donors are fired. Employees who don't deal well with pressure chose to quit.
