Pros

Working at the Outreach Team allows me to do work I can be proud of, that doesn't ask me to compromise my morals or values, all while making a competitive wage. Their startup culture and tight knit staff make working here a pleasure while leadership is open and accepting to new ideas. Leadership development is top notch - leadership is committed to developing from within. There are ample opportunities for advancement that allow for entry level staff to move quickly into salaried, leadership positions when meeting clearly defined goals and expectations. Everyone works as a team to accomplish our goals and to build a positive team environment. Working with Organizations like Amnesty International & Children International - who are outstanding - and I am proud to work with!

Cons

Nothing major to report here.
