Pros

Good pay Able to reach management easily through whatsapp groups. BCBAs are responsive to parents and RBTs.

Cons

Catalyst can be glitchy at times but management verifies timesheets. So that helps.

Pros

Management doesn't compromise on quality of care. BCBAs have a strong focus on training each other. Cohorts are used to gather group BCBA meetings meetings train each other. RBTs seem happy and are compensated well. Parents have a lot of support from management internally and are called monthly to see how things are going. Great follow up.

Cons

I hope other BCBAs in our cohort meetings would speak up more and not have cameras off. We all want to learn together.

Pros

Great pay for MS. Caring clinic/local BCBAs. Office coordinators are angels. Work-Life balance. Able to take off when needed and not worrying about if you have PTO (none is offered).

Cons

Out of touch remote BCBA’s from other states (in clinic and local BCBAs are TOP TIER) No PTO. Wacky unorganized payroll. Advertise job as local vs mostly in-home clients that are 30+ miles away from location unless living near central office.
