Pros

Cultural diversity, Promotions based on merit fully, good raises, good bonuses, strong internal auditing process, young team so everyone is adept to learning, 24 hour assistance team.

Cons

Some find Treatment Planning requirements to be an issue as a required hour. But these should be done anyway. But that's the biggest complaint from BCBAs. There is a 33-35 hour TOTAL hours requirement which includes 27 face to face for supervision and PT and 8 hours of treatment planning. Admin takes care of pretty much everything else!

One of the few remaining companies which aren't a mom and pop shop that still consider ethics I their decisions.

Cons

They resolve their cons quickly every time a BCBA brings one up. Management is attentive to making people happy with their strong customer service focus.
