      Pay is good for high priority cases; good team members, 401K match, remote work

      Cons

      CEO is arrogant and rude; HR team messes up pay increases; HR Director and owner are friends, so can't trust HR; confidentiality is poor; very little to no training but they fire you with no hesitation, especially in the quality team; they run the good team members away; Manage by intimidation.

      Pros

      All CONS; no Pros!! Complete Failure in ‘so called’ Director of Operations Management. Highly lacking in leadership, knowledge of responsibilities and ability to support staff. Unconcerned with any problematic situations. Especially unethical treatment by BCBA’s in the clinic that involves therapy for vulnerable children that do not possess the ability to speak of it. Honesty and Integrity do not exist with the Director of Operations nor the HR Management Department. The RBT’s are the true stars here AND are not valued, NO benefits nor PTO. PAY is not sufficient for their commitment to the clients. Unfortunately the RBT’s can’t run the clinic. They are where the heart of ABA Therapy is in this clinic. Yet they are subjected to unfair and prejudice treatment from BCBA’s/Management they work under.

      I am not better for working here; quite the opposite!! I do not recommend this company! Less than ONE star rating. Very poorly managed.

      Good wage, they will keep you busy

      Cons

      A cog in a machine, they treat BCBAs unprofessionally. Agreed to one schedule on hire and then change what they want later on and threaten pay cuts to get it. Very unprofessional
