someone is always available to discuss things with. Client relations always helps when we cannot get in touch with clients and helps parents understand the importance of caregiver trainings

fast paced company - which can also be a good thing but when starting they push a few cases right away.

Cons

A cog in a machine, they treat BCBAs unprofessionally. Agreed to one schedule on hire and then change what they want later on and threaten pay cuts to get it. Very unprofessional
