It has been a great experience working for Perfect Playground. Supervision is great and helpful as a CF. They provide with a manageable caseload of students and are always checking on how their CFs are doing with scheduling/managing the caseload. The Management and Operations team is always available for questions and are very helpful. Perfect Playground is always looking and reaching out with more opportunities on how to increase our experience with students. Given this is my first time working in a full time job as a speech-language pathologist, I have felt very comfortable with this company when needing clinical advice and asking questions.

Cons

Having no PTO as well as unpaid holidays.

Perfect Playground has been a great CF opportunity. A CF-supervisor is always available for advice and support and is always willing to help! I feel I can ask any question and I am lead in the right direction. I highly recommend this company for any CF!

Starting out as a new occupational therapist I felt very welcomed at Perfect Playground. I am offered excellent mentorship and guidance every time I reach out for assistance. The staff are very quick in responding and extremely supportive with any of my questions. It has been a wonderful experience for me and I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a friendly, reliable, and accommodating place of employment.
