Perfect playground provides opportunities to collaborate with other disciplines and senior therapists. They support their staff . Supervisors and clinical managers are always available and quick to respond when needed.

Cons

There are no disadvantages to working for the perfect playground.

-As a new OTR and new to pediatrics, the staff at TPP have been extremely supportive and helpful. -Provide benefits, free resources, and seminars -Provide

Cons

-fee for service - lots of paperwork, however, this is the nature of the pediatric setting

The staff goes above and beyond to support their employees. Whenever assistance is needed, a supervisor is ready to guide and help you. Work hours are flexible and additional work is almost always being offered.

Cons

You are not compensated for paperwork.
