I began my journey with TPW back in 2017, I had a passion for fitness and was intrigued by the in-person certification done specifically through the company. Since 2017, I have been able to grow within the company as a whole from Education Supervisor, Facility Manager and now Opening Team where I get to be a part of growing a region from the ground up with our new Fast Fit equipment!

terrible pay, they make you clock out if you dont have a client even though you have to stay in the gym and answer phones/emails.

Positive fun environment. Every day improving the quality of life for those who are not "gym rats" and need an alternative to fitness. Schedules are flexible and there is no cap to the pay possibilities with referrals, filling the schedule with conversions and restarts. Marketing does an amazing job bringing us potential new members

Cons

Pricing / program alternatives for those who may not be able to afford 1 on 1 personal training.
