Micromanagement, pay structure is treated like a game, top executives cut pay but meanwhile is living on her boat

Easy interview and high chance of acceptance as I've seen people hired with no experience or social skills.

Cons

FMs and RMs are incapable of following inactive protocols, pay structure is tied to a quarterly tier which is treated like a game, this job favors states with low hourly wages as they'll pay you that while you're on your own to build your own clientele with no suport (FM and RM will ask to offer support but truly know nothing), extremely high turnover (25%+ per year), yearly offsite is free for all tech and marketing but only the top 5 out of 200 personal trainers make it

Our pay structure is designed to be competitive within the industry, and we have recently made updates to make it more attractive. The latest changes provide trainers with the potential to earn more, not less. With our base pay plus commission structure, trainers have more control over their income and the opportunity to build a lucrative career with The Perfect Workout. On average, our trainers earn $24 per hour, with top performers making as much as $46 per hour. The fitness industry has a turnover rate of 80% annually. At The Perfect Workout, our team members stay with us much longer than our competitors. We are committed to providing our trainers with all the tools they need to build their clientele, including support from our Marketing Team to bring in new clients. We are dedicated to the achievement of all our trainers. Your feedback is valuable, and we will incorporate it in our future efforts.
