      I love the opportunity to work for this company remotely and I get witness the continuous improvements that are taking place almost daily! These are improvements to our internal processes, to our trainer's compensation, and even to how we can help our member's live stronger, healthier lives. I have an absolutely wonderful manager who provides me with 100% support, and she receives 100% support from her manager.

      Cons

      We are growing and expanding into new regions which comes with some adjustments however like I said in my "Pros" section, we are continuously making improvements.
