Pros

I like that the company rewards trainers for productivity and they incentivize trainers to earn more money. The team culture was on point and Katherine was a very caring manager. I am bummed I did not get to train with the company longer and see what I could have made out of it.

Cons

I don't like anything that has to do with paperwork or anything that even feels like busy work. Calling inactive clients was not exciting, nor was dealing with all of the computer systems.

Pay is not clear and no one really understands how you get paid. They work good employees until they have nothing else to give. Really short staffed all the time
