Thank you for your feedback! You’re right that The Perfect Workout does provide great and effective workout plans. Our personal trainers are paid an hourly wage plus a commission for every workout they instruct. So, they are still paid hourly even if they are not training our members. Furthermore, most of our trainers do not work 6 days a week. However, they are welcome to do so if they wish to work more hours. Thank you for your time working with us and we wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors!

Pros

As a whole, the team members at The Perfect Workout care about their work, our clients, and are continually looking for ways to improve the company. The service we sell is meaningful and has a positive impact on the lives of our clients. The company truly cares about providing a workout that is safe and effective, and doing whatever we can to make it available to as many people as possible.

Cons

Rapid change. One of the company's core values is kaizen, which roughly translates to continual improvement. This is a double edged sword: the company is constantly improving processes, but that also means that we have to deal with rapid changes in procedures and the tools we use.

Pros

Awesome clients and if you love working out as a hobby you’ll feel at home.

Cons

You will earn less than minimum wage. Doesn’t pay very well! No insurance and benefits included either.

We appreciate your review, and we apologize that your paychecks did not fulfill your needs. As a sales and service-based company, we pay our trainers based on their performance. Therefore, we offer multiple ways to increase our personal trainer’s income, including referral bonuses, staff bonuses, etc. However, we’ve found that our compensation and benefits are fair compared to other companies in our industry. Furthermore, although we wouldn’t ever pay our employees less than minimum wage, we are also legally unable to. Thank you for your time working with us!
