Pros

Working for TPW has been such an amazing experience. Getting the opportunity to help people change their lives and doing a job that makes me feel good is my ideal combination. I've never worked for a company with such a strong, positive company culture. All of the employees and managers are great people and teachers. I entered this position with hopes of just getting my foot into the door in the fitness industry, and within just a year I had very clear career path ahead of me. I absolutely love working for The Perfect Workout; where I feel valued, heard, trusted and encouraged to do my absolute best.

Cons

The most frustrating part about this job is when clients do not follow your advice in order to achieve their goals (mainly in regards to nutrition) and then get frustrated with you when they don't lose weight. I'm sure this is in any personal training job though.
