      Pros

      My position is fully remote, working from home with flexible hours. I have a sense of satisfaction and enjoy supporting our trainers and managers so they can focus on their clients. The Perfect Workout has a wonderful company culture with core values that are present in meetings and communications from all levels of management. I feel very supported and heard by management when I express any suggestions or concerns. This is the first company I have worked for that encourages and supports not only my business goals, but also my personal goals. Although I am remote, I feel very connected to the company as a whole.

      Cons

      We are a growing company and we are working on process improvements which can be hard to implement at times.

      Pros

      Everyone treats each other with respect and kindness. Your position and opinions are highly valued by management and co-workers. Management has a strong sense of each employees well being. They want you to have a good balance of work and home life so you don't get burnt out.

      Cons

      I have yet to experience any negatives.
