Pros

As a regional manager, I'm responsible for my team of trainers and ensuring their success when it comes to their five key roles: educate members, execute outstanding workouts, retain members, generate referrals, and restart inactive members. In 2019, I started as a trainer and became a facility manager within 6 months. In 2022, I became DC's regional manager. With my background in workplace analytics, I'm thankful I was able to transition and grow in this field using my existing skillset while learning new ones. I enjoy being part of the company's mission to revolutionize fitness and I'm excited for the direction we are moving toward. I'm thankful to have a wonderful team of colleagues and trainers that love to learn and support each other.

Cons

In order to be successful, you have to believe in the exercise method and genuinely want to help people better their lives. You must be personable, resilient, adaptable and organized to be able to positively influence different kinds of people. If you are not, there can be a steep learning curve which can discourage new trainers since this is commission/performance based work.
