      Pay is not clear and no one really understands how you get paid. They work good employees until they have nothing else to give. Really short staffed all the time

      Compensation is much less than you could make at a bigger gym/facility or on your own as a self-employed trainer

      Thank you for your review! After extensive research, we’ve found that our benefit and compensation packages are fair compared to other companies in our industry. Furthermore, other personal training companies and gyms typically require a kinesiology or exercise fitness degree along with a personal trainer certification. Since we have an in-house certification program and do not require a degree or prior fitness experience, this saves our employees hundreds if not, thousands of dollars. Thanks again for your review!
