      Because we are a growing company, there are "growing pains" that come up from time to time.

      On the job training, well organized, reasonable pay, opportunity to make more through ongoing training and developing your client base, they help you to find clients

      Cons

      Personal training regimen is standardized so all workouts are very similar with room for innovation, push referrals so it is in part a sales job

      Pros

      This job is amazing if you love interacting with people, being resourceful, and finding solutions. Depending on the owners/ manager this could be fun and enjoyable. I worked for this company for 6 years.

      Cons

      Pay sucks! Again, depending on the owners/ managers expectations are typically too high and unrealistic. I've seen management cut corners when it comes to business expenses.
