Pros

If you're passionate, and work hard, your money will continuously reflect that. Flexibilty. Open-Minded Company, and Encouragement to think, and implement outside of the Box!

Cons

I really can't think of any.

Pros

Since I started working with The Perfect Workout, it's really become more like a family. We all work together, encourage each other, and aim for the same thing - to provide great service to our clients and help them reach their goals. I would be lying if I said I wasn't skeptical at first, but it has surpassed any expectations I had. I've been with the company since August and have been able to build a great client group and build report with them. Overall, this company really invests in their trainers, which allows us to really invest in our clients. There is great opportunity to increase pay along with great bonuses. You really get out of this what you put in. So put in 100% and you'll receive that back.

Cons

I had to really think to come up with a con. The only thing I can think of, is that it takes a while to build up a client group. Sometimes you might walk into an old trainer's client list which is great, but if you are just starting out then it might take a while to build a client list.
