      The people! Everyone in the company is very helpful and accessible. You can reach out to anyone and they will help you.

      Cons

      Getting clients onboard with nutrition/diet. Unfortunately, you can't out train a bad diet.

      Great work culture, super friendly environment, transparency from the top down. Always able to reach out to anyone if I wanted to (including the CEO!) and great opportunity to make an impacting change on other people's lives

      Pros

      From the moment I walked in the door, I have felt the support of the entire team. Every single person, from the people going through certification with you all the way to CEO Matt Hedman, supports you, encourages you, and wants you to succeed.

      Cons

      I haven't yet discovered a downside. Working and learning alongside great people in a flexible work atmosphere pretty much rocks.
