The perfect job for personal trainers!

-Working with some of the best people you'll meet, both clients and trainers! -The company has a fantastic and friendly team atmosphere. Our meetings get you PUMPED and our company outings are just fun! -Incredibly flexible schedule. -The Perfect Workout pays for you to be certified and provides you all the tools to help you succeed. They want you to succeed and to grow! -Company promotes within. They hire you, they believe in your potential and will help you get to wherever you want to be - even if that's not with them in the future! -The Perfect Workout does all the marketing for you and helps build your schedule while providing you with the tools to go out and market yourself. You'll also get bonuses for bringing in your own clients! -Multiple ways to make money with the company; monthly bonus, goal oriented bonus and bringing in your own client bonuses. I'm sure there is a lot more that I'm missing, but hands down The Perfect Workout has been the best placed I've worked. I've worked at multiple retail and customer service jobs, and none come close to The Perfect Workout! You won't find a better team atmosphere or a better place to help find your true potential as a trainer and as a person!

Cons

-As the business grows, we are constantly looking for new trainers. Its a plus and minus.

Pros

Many people say they are passionate about what they do for a living but few get to live it everyday. The Perfect Workout is the healthiest company I have ever worked for or been a member of- and that is not speaking to their product (the workout)! The Perfect Workout empowers its trainers to reach their potential by celebrating their strengths, developing their weaknesses and creating a culture in the workplace that makes work the safest, most fun and rewarding place to be. If you have the entrepreneurial mindset, the tenacity to tackle projects inside and outside your comfort zone and the strength to learn from your mistakes with on the job training- this is the company to make your career. I went from teaching junior high and high school full time to personal training, and my health has transformed from the inside out- physically, mentally and emotionally I am reaching my potential which is a direct result of upper management investing in me and challenging me.

Any downsides I have experienced were a result of personal time management and setting proper work/life boundaries
