      Pros

      The Perfect Workout is the perfect place to work. I have been with this company over six years and could not be happier. To start, I work with top notch Trainers who are educated, knowledgeable and "practice what they preach." The hours are very flexible. I have never worked a weekend or major holiday. The best part is the job satisfaction- you get to work in a positive environment and help clients get stronger and happier. It really doesn't get better then that!

      Cons

      The only con is waking up early. Over the years, I have actually started thinking of it as a "pro". You get a lot more done when you start your day early.

      Pros

      Love the high-intensity and quick method. They offer their own certification process and pay you for it saving me hundreds of dollars. Each session is private 1-1 style training so you don't get the loud gym atmosphere allowing each client to concentrate on their workouts. The team is all great and really work well together.

      Cons

      Like most personal training jobs, you do have to work to build up your schedule but many build up very quickly.

      I used to work in a high stress environment and when I found TPW, I was able to help others, do something I love, stay on top of my own health, and improved my quality of life tremendously. Flexible hours allow me to still travel, the family-like environment makes every day fun, tons of room for growth keeps my income growing, and being able to help people achieve their goals is the most rewarding experience
