Fosters a tight-knit work family as well as a positive and productive work environment. Continuous support from upper management. Opportunity for growth within the company. Self-generated leads not required, but handsomely rewarded. No cold calling. Uncapped commission bonus potential!!

Since the first day I began working at The Perfect Workout, I have been shown nothing but support and an incredible team environment. You will be working directly with others who show passion for changing lives in the most positive way possible for not only our clients, but coworkers as well. The Mission and Core Values of our company are show on a daily basis. We live and breathe this all the way from our owner (Matt Hedman) down to our personal trainers. You will also be given a chance to grow within the company with hard work and passion! The company recognizes and appreciates all that we do, and that is proven through our PMP (Professional Mastery Program) where you can capitalize financially on your hard work, knowledge, and clients lives you help change! Most importantly for me, you will feel like you are a part of a Family! That goes from our clients, your coworkers, Facility Manager, and your Regional Manager (Mine is Dana and she is the best!) I enjoy every single day I go into work! I plan to always be with The Perfect Workout!
