      I have been with The Perfect Workout for almost six years now, and I am very grateful for the continuous physical and nutritional health education they have provided. TPW fully certifies all incoming trainers, and there is room for growth as soon as you obtain your own schedule. Our leaders and coworkers are all driven to improve the health of our members, and kaizen is a key factor in our company mission.

      Continued education is vital when working in the fitness industry, so be sure you have a growth oriented mindset.

      Pros

      The Perfect Workout has been a wonderful experience so far. While the base pay may seem a little low at first, you'll find that the commission opportunities are endless. You're rewarded for high performance so the pay structure in itself is motivating. Most importantly, you feel fulfilled at the end of each day. You can hang your hat on knowing that you changed several people's lives by giving them a great workout and reshaping their bodies to meet their goals. And if you're wondering... yes the workout and methodology is highly effective and produces great results for our clients and YOU!

      Benefits could be better. No dental coverage.
