Pros

Really fancy country club with a lot to offer. They really get you the experience and the knowledge that you need in order to run tournaments properly and manage a club properly. They are always looking out for their employees and giving them opportunities to grow.

Cons

The members can be very picky about certain things like playing with members they don't like and the tee times that they get. They also like help with literally everything for example, changing them because some of them cannot do it by themselves, which makes some employees feel very uncomfortable.
