Pros

Fun co-workers, though some are lazy as hell. Free lunch. Transpo to housing if you're a J1/H2B.

Cons

Management nitpicking, unrealistic expectations, expect you to kill yourself for polo. Does not actually care about you, only your output. Reward for hard work? Some fake-ass "thanks" and more hard work. Management plays favorites. They see people who aren't doing their job and let it slide but punish those working hard for not helping others out. Everything here is about connections. They don't care how much you work hard. Subtle racist vibes once you notice how most of the management are all south africans. White ones too.
