I was hired as a Direct Support Professional 6 years ago and TPC has demonstrated room for growth, and now I am working with the Admin Department. They have been very patient with me in terms of learning curves and I can honestly say I am happy to come in to work every day. -Room for growth -Flexibility -Very family oriented -Great PTO and Sick Time
