Pros

People are pretty helpful. Pay is good

Cons

Toxic positivity Health insurance Not sure what happened. They said I was sleeping yesterday and fired me today. I have an ear infection, and I'm on an antibiotic, so I've been drowsy. I don't remember sleeping, though. I guess compassion isn't part of their employment policy.

At Primary Health Network, our employees are our most valuable resource, and we are committed to fostering a collaborative work environment where employees feel safe, valued, and heard. We also believe in providing opportunities for professional growth through tuition reimbursement and on-the-job training. Healthcare is continuously evolving and we strive to evolve alongside our employees. To further enhance employee engagement, we require our management to conduct annual performance appraisals. One of the clearest benefits of these appraisals, is it offers an opportunity for employees and management to provide feedback, identifies areas for improvement or promotion, and determines appropriate salary increase based on our Merit Increase Program. Our Merit Increase Program seeks to proportionally recognize and reward individuals with salary increases based on performance. We're building a company centered on equity and compassion. Therefore, it is imperative that we continue to invest in our employees to better optimize their long-term success and happiness.
