Pros

Flexible schedule, job is remote

Cons

Pay raises are nonexistent due to impossible requirements- never get the required hours/evaluations required for a pay raise. Low pay rate. Too many instructors were hired, not enough work as promised.

Pros

Pre-work training is extensive and effective.

Cons

Management stops paying you for the work they already verified that you completed. You have to chase them down for months to actually get paid. Before they finally pay you what they legitimately owe you, they curse at you face to face. Pre-work training tells future instructors to use curse words in the classroom to seem "cool" to the students. Very inappropriate.
