Pros

A neutral, inclusive environment at focuses only on the work that needs to be completed.

Cons

I've taught the same 4 lectures for the last 4.5 years and the material gets incredibly boring. The LOL makes interacting with students feel very distant, as students only barely respond to polls or answer questions in the chat.

Pros

They prepare new teachers and tutors well, providing them with materials and strategies.

Cons

Can't always get your exact desired schedule, but still plenty of flexibility.
