I’m proud to say that I’ve been with this company for a long time. PTG has always been an evolutionary and dynamic company that encourages employees to shape the company. Training/Cross training, teamwork and open (sometimes brutal) honesty have remained pillars as long as I’ve been here. Stu and Mike have gone out of their way to take care of employees and actually care about their staff. They bent over backward to ensure we didn’t have to do any layoffs or pay cuts during the early days of COVID19. This isn’t the place for everyone but if you do get a job here, you’re lucky.
Cons
Processes need to be formalized and standardized . Management allows some clients to bend the rules to the point of being invasive to the company
