Pros

The team at The RMN Agency work really well together. Everyone has a positive, helpful attitude and are always available to candidates and clients for any questions or concerns they may have. The team works hard to ensure they provide the best experience to clients and candidates.

Cons

If people are not comfortable on the phone, this is not the place to work. Good phone presence and customer service is a must for employees

Pros

Extremely collegial and collaborative work environment. The team has great synergy, and we are constantly looking to improve efficiencies. We are growing rapidly, and our principal, Raj Nichani, implements good corporate strategy which he learns from Vistage training. Recently, he retained professional HR services to review our current procedures and policies. It is an atmosphere of constant refining and learning.

Cons

We are still building our CRM systems for better data analytics of candidates. Also, the website can continue to be improved for a better search experience for legal candidates.
