Pros

Golden tee in office and hybrid remote position

Cons

No vision or leadership, contradictory feedback, hire and fire people to start over. Constant turn over and hire all new grads without experience. All directors leave for vacation and do not communicate with one another.

Minimal leaders to help out

Cons

Not a trustworthy place to work. Constantly laying off employees but hire more after and then repeat. Constant turnover. They don’t have their company together and constantly trying to figure out their own role.

Overall good compensation package and reliability

Cons

Once your contract ends they don’t provide any of the after placements they claim. Treat you terribly if the contract role doesn’t work out (if you leave). Communication becomes less when you try to gather information.
