Pros

Great culture, team environment, growing company, and production based. There is room for growth and your success is based on your results and effort. Since it is production based you are held responsible for your success, but you do have a really good support system with your peers and upper management. It's exciting to be a part of a growing company!

Pros

As a recent college graduate, Ranger has been a great place to start my career as a recruiter. The environment is very friendly and competitive, which drives the company to be a top competitor in the DFW area. There is tremendous growth opportunity if you are willing to put in the work to become successful. Still in training, I have learned so much about the company and the industry itself. The culture has been the best I have come by in job searching. Everyone is down to earth and friendly, and also likes to go out together for happy hour. Taco Tuesday's are celebrated and good music is played regularly. If you are a recent graduate who is hardworking, out-going and competitive Ranger Staffing is a great opportunity for you to start your career.

Pros

Training has been really efficient and spot on compared to my previous job. The team really takes the time for you to understand what the company is about and what each division within the company is about. They make sure that you are set up for success and no matter how busy the day is they will set aside time for you to ask questions.

Cons

None really that I have come to find.
