Pros

I came from a Big 4 accounting experience, and this was my first firm that I have worked at since leaving the Big 4, and can say nothing but great things about this firm. It's a blast seeing a firm that loves their clients and at the same time is trying to change the accounting industry as a whole.

Cons

Tax work is still a grind, like anywhere you go. however, we don't track hours, and your bonus is based entirely off of how much you produce in revenue, rather than how much a manager likes you or not.

Pros

Partners are cool people, who want to be relatable. They have a true open door policy. Open to new ideas.

Cons

Work through vacations, weekends. No work life balance. Managers treat you like a number, push you past your breaking point and do not care. Exhausting.

Cons

Newer firm, so a lot of things have to be figured out. However it’s not run like a traditional CPA firm, so figuring things out and improving processes is a part of the job.
