Horrible leadership and HR team Lack of communication Lack of professionalism Corporate Values are for show, not really recognized Incompetent foreign workforce No support for middle and senior management No real-world experience in the real estate industry on the accounting side

Pros

- Great training opportunities - High pay - Work from home - Great benefits in addition to the standard 401(k), medical, etc - Positive and uplifting culture, while emphasizing personal and professional growth

Cons

Not a con for me, but if somebody craves in-person communication, this is not the place. The company is 100% digital. While there is great emphasis on zoom communication with cameras on, we only meet in the real world once a year, at the annual firm retreat.

Working here is working at a rocket ship where you are moving quickly and growing quickly everyone is looking for ways to win and its just awesome to be a part of fun culture, and you feel valued as a human being

Cons

Sometimes things change very quickly Sometimes it moves very slow there are reasons for the slowness, but every growth winds up creating a bit more bottleneck
