Pros

Great opportunity to learn full-cycle recruiting and account management. Supportive coworkers who are always willing to help each other succeed. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Hybrid work schedule offers flexibility.

Cons

Metrics and workload can become overwhelming during high-volume periods. Success depends heavily on client demand and changing hiring needs, which can impact earnings. Frequent shifts in priorities and processes can make it challenging to stay organized. Commission structure can feel unpredictable due to factors outside of recruiters' control (client delays, cancellations, etc.)
