Pros

Its great if you believe the fairy tales you’ll be told and Ownership is very thrifty meaning cheap for us but good for buying out smaller recruiting firms

Cons

Hostile office environment, petty, Bully mentality stuck in early 2000s technology and dishonest with Talent but most of all they do not deliver on the promises or tell you the REAL whole story
