Pros

Family oriented; great colleagues; access to excellent training, cutting edge technology, and resources; autonomy is somewhat possible but must be earned and decent compensation. The company takes care of loyal employees who work hard and stay. As a result, more than the average stick around.

Cons

Constant changes (software, policies, and procedures), occasional micro-managing - too many meetings and reporting, and high turnover. In a challenging, competitive industry like staffing, it is difficult to retain good talent; this all adds up and wears down employees, and people end up leaving.

Pros

Pleasant coworkers, didn't bring work home.

Cons

Very dangerous, employees looking for jobs are rude and walk in off the street, employees are not reliable, training is minimal.
