Pros

Small company where you get the opportunity for lots of face time with leadership. Close knit office with a casual atmosphere. Reasonable commute from my home and close to shopping, so I could run to the store for milk, diapers etc on my lunch break.

Cons

I was hired because the company wanted to address compliance issues, but made no effort to make changes based on findings. All I did was make enemies in the branches and my position was ultimately eliminated after 9 months. I found out later that TRN bought out a smaller staffing company in the south and also eliminated the entire healthcare branch they opened at the same time I was let go. I was contacted by a TRN recruiter a year later to ask if I wanted to come back, which I would never consider. My first manager was gossipy, narcissistic and unprofessional. I enjoyed working with the ladies when I moved departments close to the end of my employment there. Another concern was TRN’s tendency to keep all power concentrated within their dysfunctional family. They absolutely exploit the temporary workers and many of their employment practices are unethical if not outright illegal.

Pros

They really try hard to do work and to get you in a position to succeed.

Cons

They are growing so fast that you have to be patient to receive extra training.
