      Ability to gain experience and build resume

      Cons

      Does not offer competitive pay and pays male employees more than equally qualified women. They also do not offer competitive wages - they are the lowest in the industry, but expect the same level and quality of work. No room for growth, terrible medical, vision and dental benefits. Nonexistent bonuses and raises.

      Nothing to say as a pro. Not to me anyways

      It's a temp agency. They'll put you to work and you're thinking you'll really be working 40 hrs per week. You work 6 hrs 1 day then get a text that they don't need you the next day. But. "You" should know to return the following day. Smh.
