Pros

Fast placement if you aren't picky.

Cons

BEWARE!!!! Good for a quick job if aren't picky. I was placed into an extremely physical job in a warehouse, when I had applied for Office work only, specifically stated nothing physical. Despite this I worked for a couple of weeks, they said they would find me something else(they didn't even try), before was injured due to faulty equipment at the location. Had to fight through court to get my workman's comp benefits. Then they sent me to a program as "light duty" which made it so I couldn't attend my Dr or physical therapy appointments. Essentially, they forced me to choose between my job and having permanent physical damage to my body. I was forced to quit and settle, and still have permanent damage to this day, years later.
