Pros

Friendly staff, most everyone (from CEO on down) are willing to listen, and you're never just a number. Relatively laid back work environment.

Cons

Lack of training, lack of structure from senior management on down, not entirely competitive salary. There seems to be a general lack of consistency from upper levels of management to the rest of the company.

Pros

Work-Life Balance, ability to tackle new projects. Generally you can talk with anyone from CEO to cleaning staff and everyone will listen.

Cons

Slow for impactful change, lack of training. It's very difficult to get trained on cross training platforms and development and understanding suffer because of it
