-Everyone is very willing to help each other reach a common goal -Good benefits/pay -home office staff has the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule -company invests in professional development and their employees -hourly employee

-Benefits take a while to kick in depending on when you are hired

There is not enough good things to say. I enjoy going to work every day. The company strives to make sure they are cultivating a warm, inviting environment, allow room to grow and learn, good benefits and PTO. The founders of the company have done a fantastic job maintaining their vision for this company and its culture.

Cons

The 401k they offer could use a few more options. As with any job, better pay :) Sick time in addition to PTO (although they give a very generous amount after 60 days of employment)
