Sometimes free food from customers. Not a challenging job, what you put into it is what you get out of it. Good coworkers

Cons

I was expected to be a manager without having a management title. Expect to do more work than what you are responsible for. Management is ok, poor communication.

As a company, we provide training in leadership, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC Personality Assessment, management, and more! When our employees feel they need a better understanding on training, we encourage them to approach their managers with questions and feedback. This allows us to continue to grow and provide the best training that we can in all aspects of our company.
